ELEA AVOCAT is specialised in the free movement of persons, goods and services within the EU, in business and competition law and proposes its services in French, English, German, Italian or Spanish. 


The partnerships of the legal office gathered in the “Global Legal Network” offers services in all the countries of the European Union to defend the interests of individuals and companies who want to settle in another European country and who are involved in any judicial proceedings. 






Aurélien RACCAH is Barrister in Paris and Senior Lecturer at the Law Faculty of the Catholic University of Lille. He holds a PhD from the European University Institute in Florence. 

He speaks French, English, German, Italian and a bit Spanish and Romanian. 


He worked for the legal office August&Debouzy, at Conseil d’Etat, at the Committee of the Regions of the EU, in an assurance company for local government SMACL and as legal redactor for Localtis. 


As researcher, he is specialised in European Union Law and published many articles in EU law, administrative law, environmental law and social law and a book on the Lisbon treaty (Traité de Lisbonne: De nouvelles compétences pour l'Union, L’Harmattan, 2012, 240 p.).


He is co-Director of the International and European Law School at the Law Faculty – Paris Campus – of the Catholic University of Lille where he teaches EU law lectures. He also teaches at the Sorbonne University, at the management school EDHEC and at SciencesPo Lille. 

About us


Junior lawyer specialised in international law, Elizabeth BRU holds a LL.M in nternational public law from Leiden University and a master in international and european law from the catholique Universty of Lille. She speaks French, English as well as German fluently and a bit Mandarin;


She has experienced working in law firms and worked for the International Criminal Court in the Hague as legal assistant.


Interning at ELEA AVOCAT, Elizabeth BRU is currently preparing the exam to become a barrister.
